Weekly Pool Maintenance in Wilmington & Brunswick County

Scheduled weekly pool service across Wilmington, Leland and Brunswick County — balanced water, clear baskets and a working pump, on the same day every week.

A technician servicing a residential pool

Weekly service is the whole job, not a visit. The point is that you stop thinking about the pool.

What a visit actually includes

Every weekly visit covers the same checklist, in the same order:

  • Skim the surface, brush the walls and steps, vacuum as needed
  • Empty the skimmer and pump baskets
  • Digital water test — free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid
  • Chemicals dosed to the reading, not to a schedule
  • Filter pressure checked against its clean baseline
  • Equipment walk-round: pump, skimmer lids, visible plumbing

You get the test numbers after each visit. If nothing needed correcting, we say so — a service report that always finds a problem is a sales document, not a service report.

Why the same technician matters

Pools drift slowly. The person who saw your filter pressure last week is the one who notices it has climbed two PSI this week. Rotating a different van through every Tuesday loses exactly that, which is why route assignments here are stable.

What it does not include

Repairs are quoted separately and never started without your say-so. A weekly plan that quietly absorbs “small parts” is a plan that stops being predictable the moment something fails.

We cover Wilmington, Leland, Southport, Oak Island, Carolina Beach and the surrounding area — see our service area, or read more about pool service in Wilmington.

Weekly Pool Maintenance in Wilmington & Brunswick County
questions

Weekly is the standard for a residential pool in this climate, and it is what we recommend from spring through autumn. Chemistry moves quickly in Cape Fear heat and humidity, and a fortnightly visit generally means the pool spends half its life out of balance. Some lightly used, screened pools can hold a fortnightly schedule through the cooler months.

Skimming, brushing the walls and steps, vacuuming as needed, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, a digital water test, chemicals dosed to that reading, and a filter pressure and equipment check. You should also get the actual test numbers afterwards. If a visit report never shows a reading, you are being sold a schedule rather than a service.
